PlantPurges LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the PlantPurges platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Store data: Product listings, invoices, customer records, order history, and other data you create while using the platform.
• Shipping addresses: Sender and recipient addresses you provide when creating shipping labels.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process payments and manage invoices on your behalf.
• Send transactional emails including invoices, payment confirmations, and shipping notifications.
• Generate and purchase shipping labels for your orders.
• Provide analytics and reports about your store performance.
• Improve and maintain the platform.

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following services as necessary to operate the platform:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Resend: Email delivery for transactional emails and marketing broadcasts.
• Shippo: Shipping label generation and carrier rate comparison.
• ManyChat: Facebook Messenger automation for comment-to-pay features.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
